Outreach, Events and Responsibilities
Outreach replaces Prospects in the CRM, Events arrives in Marketing, Responsibilities let you say who does the payroll, and the Clerks award gets a full pass.
Outreach
CRM > Outreach replaces Prospects. Work your pipeline as a board, by assignee, as a list or on a calendar, open any prospect in a side sheet, and keep score with a scoreboard you can set to any period.
Record contacts made by phone, Outlook or LinkedIn, reopen a prospect closed by mistake, and say why one isn't being pursued. You can also draft a LinkedIn message in Mployr and send it from LinkedIn.
Events
Marketing > Events: plan an event, take registrations, check people in on the day and follow up afterwards.
Marketing also gains Website Analytics per campaign, the marketing dashboard as a report, and a working posts calendar. Tasks can be linked to a campaign.
Say who does the payroll, the accounts, the bookkeeping, HR, WHS, recruitment or training - switched on for a person, on top of their role. Each user now has one page for their details, responsibilities and permissions.
Also new
Payroll: Employees choose their super fund from the ATO register. Self-managed funds record their ESA and bank account.
Payroll: Pay settings say when a change takes effect, and the history shows scheduled and replaced versions.
CRM: Quotes pick their terms and conditions from saved templates, managed in CRM Settings.
Policies: All 12 free policy templates have been brought in line with current Australian law.
Settings: Quotes, Orders, Site Records and Catalogue Locations can each be switched on or off.
Improvements
Awards: The Clerks award gets overtime details on the timesheet, part-time agreed hours, an employee's own span agreement, 24 hours' notice of overtime, and an RDO scheme only once averaging is set up.
Awards: The National Minimum Wage carries a rate for each wage year, including the July 2026 increase, and back pay is priced at its own year's rate.
Payroll: Final pay shows TOIL paid out and banked RDOs. Long service leave shows on payslips only once it's an entitlement.
Payroll: The pay run Hours column counts paid leave, not just hours worked.
Time: Timesheets can't overlap, and bulk Duplicate asks which period to copy into.
Email: Shared mailboxes show in My Mailbox, and can be shared with a responsibility (Payroll, HR) as well as a group.
Settings: Permissions are listed per user in plain words, and every permission switch does what its label says.
People: Removing someone from one business leaves their login and their other businesses untouched. A manager can submit and edit expense claims for their own team.
