CSV imports, signing inside onboarding, and copyable project boards
Bring rosters, timesheets and leave in from a CSV, let new starters sign their documents inside onboarding, test flexibility arrangements against the award, and copy or export project boards.
Import shifts, timesheets, opening leave balances and booked leave from a CSV file. Every row is checked by the same rules as hand entry, so an import can't slip in something the screen would refuse.
You can also set how leave accrues, and carry in balances earned before you moved to Mployr.
New starters read and sign their documents - including an annualised wage arrangement - inside the onboarding step. They can decline, the employer is told, and a declined document can be re-issued.
Individual flexibility arrangements are tested against the award before they're made, so you can see where an arrangement falls short before anyone signs it.
Time off in lieu is now a written agreement both sides sign, for each amount of overtime.
Copy tasks, milestones and risks to other boards, and export a board to Excel or PDF. Milestones can now be completed, edited and deleted.
Also new
Time: Track time to a CRM order and see an order's time on the order. Team Productivity moves under Reports, beside a Time Tracking report for everyone.
Sales: Sales results on My Profile and the employee profile. A chart bar opens the records behind it.
CRM: Invoice a deposit order in parts, and bill one-off lines across several invoices with GST.
Rosters: A shift says what it needs, and warns when the person on it doesn't meet it.
People: Adding someone to a business is now an invitation they accept.
Improvements
Business: Addresses are looked up from the national address file and shown the same way everywhere.
Everywhere: Dates show in your timezone and format, money is formatted the same way on every screen, and status badges work in dark mode.
People: Ending an employment ends the access it carried.
Awards: A short break between shifts is paid as the Retail award requires, and an award rule that can't pay says so.
Payroll: Payroll tax is priced for all eight states and territories as they actually work.
Xero: Leave reaches Xero as a leave application, and errors say what Xero objected to.
Settings: Switching a module off switches its sub-modules off too.
Fixes
Editing or reversing leave no longer strands days or charges them twice, and long service leave is usable again.
Shift times are read in the business's own timezone.
A workflow already under way picks up steps added to its template, and skipping a step releases the steps waiting on it.
An employee's bank account is no longer dropped on its way to Xero for want of a bank name.
